POSITION OVERVIEW:

LVMH Japan is seeking a Real Estate Investment Analyst who will assist real estate investment & development activities. The position will report to the Head of Real Estate Investment & Development and working relationships will cover Real Estate Teams in Tokyo, London, Paris, and Luxemburg.

職責

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supporting Role for Fund Management of GINZA SIX:

• Support in analysis of budget and operational reports, including leasing, marketing, promotional activities, etc.
• Participate in regular meetings to monitor/manage the project.
• Review analysis provided by the asset managers.
• Join the investment partners meeting.
• Support summarization of project operational activities and update it to LCRE and investor in Japanese/English.

 

Support for Investment Management of Shibuya Upper West Project:

• Join various meetings with the development partners.
• Support to manage all spectrum of the development of the mixed-use project including master planning, concept, marketing plan, operational management plan, leasing plan, cash flow and etc.
• Review and analyze the development report provided by joint investment partner, together with Principle.
• Support summarization of project operational activities and update it to LCRE team as the regular weekly report in English.

 

OTHER KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in research/analysis/financial modeling of Japan new real estate investment and development opportunities
• Assist in reviewing and managing a broad range of legal aspects of the new investment projects, working together with internal senior staff and the external professionals including but not limited to: Real estate, Acquisition, Financing, Tax structuring, etc.
• Assist to draft presentation material/investment memorandum for internal/external use.
• Assist the Head of Japan and Principle regarding broad deal sourcing activities, especially identifying real estate development investment opportunities and negotiation to define as the right investment opportunity.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related business environment, ideally working in one of the following: real estate investment firm, major real estate firm/developer, or a major development division/arm of a construction company.
• Fluency in both English and Japanese.
• Strong financial expertise and analytical with the ability to synthesize complex data for business modeling.
• Passion for developing/investing iconic high-quality real estate projects.
• Interested in executing partnerships with major local developers/investors while establishing his/her own role with an entrepreneurial spirit within a relatively compact local team, under the franchise of a global firm.
• Able to work as part of a team and develop collaborative relationships with internal team and external business partners.
• Possess integrity, transparency, be trustworthy, and have unquestionable business ethics and possess self-start behavior.
• International business mind set.
• Strong agility in Word, Excel and Power Point.
