The Human Resources Department at Moët Hennessy Corporate is looking for a meticulous and dynamic HR Coordinator,
responsible for managing HR employee administration, supporting the onboarding of newcomers, and taking part in HRIS projects.

職責

Personnel Administration
• Execute administrative formalities for hiring and contract termination
• Draft employment promises, work contracts, amendments, certifications, and any other contractual document
• Monitor probation periods and their renewals
• Ensure the integration of new employees into information systems
• Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure good communication of all contractual information throughout the year,
guaranteeing quality payrolls
• Coordinate with payroll teams on any administrative subject, ensuring a quality employee experience and internal
service

HR Admin Process
• Be responsible for the continuous improvement of administrative processes
• Participate in the implementation of HRIS tools that simplify administrative processes, ensuring their successful
deployment

Communication
• Communicate compensation policies to international teams ensuring their understanding of French system
• Organize and conduct a dedicated day to welcome all social benefits providers and allow employees to (re)discover 
their benefits and ask questions “HR Benefits Day”
• Keep up-to-date with the dedicated intranet page for team members
Coordination of New Hire Onboarding 
In partnership with the HR Department Assistant,
• Ensure registration of new employees in onbaording programs
• Organize Inductions days
• Welcome new French and international team members

Education and Professional Experience: Master’s in HR, ideally having had a successful apprenticeship in HR including admin
missions


Qualifications:
• You are meticulous and conscientious, known for your adaptability and commitment.
• You have a service-oriented mindset and team spirit, with an ability to communicate not only with your team but also 
with company managers or team members.
• You are discreet with a sense of confidentiality.
• You are very comfortable using and leveraging HRIS Payroll systems and query tools.
• You have a good understanding of social legislation and payroll rules. 
• You speak both French and English fluently.
• You have very good command of office tools (Word, Excel) and SuccessFactors.
