Position

Partnering with Middle East Country Manager/Retail Manager he/she ensures Retail Excellence programs are effectively rolled-out and delivered focusing mainly on Guest Experience, Product Knowledge, Craft the Silhouette/Styling and Store Management contents. He/she makes sure that all the necessary in-store coaching activities addressed to the teams under his/her responsibility are properly supported and implemented.

Job responsibilities

  • Partners with ME CM/Retail Manager and Store Managers for all the Retail Learning subjects
  • Contributes to identify training needs and is able to follow-up with proposals intended to develop retail staff’s competences
  • Ensures all staff is properly and timely trained on the topics defined at local level and in line with WW Retail Excellence Programs (i.e.: “Galateo, The touch of Loro Piana”, Craft the Silhouette, The LG Culture etc.)
  • Responsible for learning programs roll-out adapting content and format to the audience based on their level as well as local context
  • Is in charge of rehearsals and post-training follow up (evaluation, feedback, etc.)
  • Takes care of the entire training organization process and logistics (choice of site and rooms, material preparation, training space arrangement, etc.)
  • Follows-up on training initiatives to guarantee top level guest experience and impeccable execution, directly providing coaching on the job, when needed
  • Supports ME Country Manager/Retail Manager and Store Managers in monitoring retail staff competences and works out training proposals accordingly
  • Manages the onboarding activities targeted to new hires
  • Supports ME Country Manager/Retail Manager in ensuring our retail policies and procedures are consistently implemented
  • Collaborates with ME CM/Retail Manager and Store Managers in defining Action Plans from Client Experience audit (i.e.: analyze data, prioritize areas for improvement, finalize action plan)

Profile

  • +10 years of experience as a Trainer
  • Arabic and English speaking
  • Full understanding of retail environment and Luxury Business
  • Deep knowledge of luxury/fashion trends and industry
  • In store expertise and client management practice are requested
  • Proven experience in managing the full training cycle (including the use of e-learning platforms)
  • Sincere interest in people development
  • Curious and strong interpersonal/relationship building skills
  • Passionate and energetic, communicates self- confidence and reliability
  • Creative and innovative
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in international and fast paced environment
  • Good organizational skills and multitasking
  • Strong and proactive problem solving
  • Digital agility
  • BSc degree in Education, Human Resources or equivalent field
  • Additional certification in Learning & Development is a plus
