• Department: Supply Chain
• Location: Seoul Office (Jung-gu)

Job responsibilities

• Handling of Import/Export Processes: Management of the daily air shipment process for merchandise products, coordinating with duty free operator
• SAP System Processing: Processing inbound and outbound shipments within the SAP system.
• CITES Application Management: Submitting CITES applications to vendors for products requiring such permits.
• Shipment Tracking and Invoice Issuance: Tracking daily shipments, ensuring timely delivery, and issuing tax invoices for wholesale (duty free partner) sales.
• Return Shipment Handling: Managing return shipments according to central and zone strategies.
• Non-Merchandise Shipment Management: Handling the import, shipment, and delivery of non-merchandise items (uniforms, packaging, visual merchandising props, window displays) in coordination with stakeholders.
• Store Claim Processing: Managing and guide stores for their stock handling from claim cases.
• Vendor Communication: Communicating with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other relevant parties.
• Price Monitoring: Following up on price update with stores

• Stock Destruction Processing: Managing the destruction of obsolete (OBS), defective (DEF), and shop soiled (SHS) stock within the SAP system.
• Non-sellable Stock Monitoring aligned with stores monthly closing data

• Wholesale Sales Data Consolidation: Consolidating monthly wholesale sales data for closing report
• Vendor Closing: Managing the monthly closing process with vendors, including freight forwarders and customs agents.

Profile

• Experience: min 1-3 years of Supply Chain and Logistics experience
• DF (Retail industry) experience preferred but not mandatory
• Education: BA degree or above
• Skill: Good command of English, SAP experiences, Good knowledge of Import & Export
• Personality: Open mind & fast adaptation for Diverse & Inclusion
