Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Compensation & Benefits Apprentice to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of compensation and benefits administration. The Apprentice will support the Compensation & Benefits team by conducting data analysis, creating presentations, and participating in compensation and benefits management activities, including salary benchmarking, benefits plan analysis, and support for international mobility.
Les missions
- Package Definition (International & New Hires):
- Help design compensation packages for international assignments, considering salary, allowances, benefits, and relocation.
- Assist in defining competitive compensation packages for new hires.
- Prepare proposals and presentations for management.
- International Mobility Coordination:
- Help administer expatriate packages, handling adjustments for living costs, housing… in coordination with our Maisons.
- Coordinate international relocation logistics (visas, travel).
- Ensure compliance with global Group mobility policy.
- Employee & Maison Support:
- Support expatriates and new hires with compensation and benefits questions.
- Help resolve issues related to international assignments and relocations.
- Data Management & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of assignments, compensation, and benefits.
- Help prepare reports for audits.
- Analyze data to improve package effectiveness.
Votre profil
Profile:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Interest in international HR and global mobility.

- Meticulous and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in data entry, calculations, and reporting.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
