Primary Objective :

We are currently looking for an Alternant Indirect Sustainable Purchasing, based in Paris, and assigned to LVMH Sourcing globally.

She/he will manage Purchasing projects mainly related to Sustainability for Indirect categories of spend (Marketing and Communication, Transport and Logistics, Retail Operations, etc.) in support to the Head of Indirect Sustainable Sourcing to whom she/he will report.

Les missions

Sustainable Purchasing Strategy roll-out

• Participate to challenging projects aiming to embark internal stakeholders and key suppliers in Sustainability.
• Take part to Risk Mapping on Indirect Categories in relationship with Category Managers and Maison’s stakeholders.
• Support Purchasing and Environment departments of the group on Suppliers Program dedicated to the sustainable roadmap of the group (meeting, interview, third party relationship, etc.)
• Bring assistance to LVMH Sourcing team members on Sustainability KPIs follow-up for their portfolio of suppliers.

Energy Buying

• Participate to the roll-out of the Purchasing Strategy for Green Energy where implemented.
• Follow up contracts with relevant counterparts in various markets & conduct yearly business reviews with key partners.
• Participate to Industries events organized by key suppliers.
• Monitor defined KPI’s.
• Contribute to the animation of the Energy Coordination Team with representants in each Maison: meetings, e-mailing, Teams channel feed, etc.
• Be part of additional and disruptive approaches aiming to be more efficient on this category of spend.

Purchasing Academy

• Prepare, coordinate, and conduct internal meetings with key stakeholders to ensure that Professional Buyers have the possibility to participate to relevant Training programs related to Purchasing.
• Contribute to the update of the Training Programs tools to ensure that best of breed material is available for the different modules, including one dedicated to Sustainable Sourcing.
• Participate to the reporting of the trainings: performance tracking (survey, etc.) and update of tools (decks, leaflets, listing, etc.)

Buyer office

• Contribute to adhoc initiatives: reporting tools drafting, purchasing policy development, etc.
• Organize specific events for the LVMH Purchasing Academy and Sustainability
• Close links with Sourcing teams based in Paris, Shanghai, Tokyo, and the USA.

Votre profil

• Master’s degree in Engineering or Business, Purchasing &/or Sustainability specialization is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, sociable and attentive
• Hands on spirit, entrepreneurial drive, ability to take initiative and work independently
• Capacity to prioritize and manage with integrity multi-tasks projects in a complex and fascinating work environment
• Accurate and reliable, agile with figures and database
• Advanced level in Excel, strong PowerPoint presentation skills, familiar with Power BI
• Fluent in English and French. Italian is a plus.
