Born on December 15, 1980.A graduate of Sciences Po Paris, Maud Alvarez-Pereyre joined the LVMH Group in London in 2004 as Human Resources Manager for LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics.From 2007 to 2017, she held a series of positions within Moët Hennessy before being promoted to Human Resources Director for Moët Hennessy’s headquarters and distribution network. In this role she led leadership strategic changes.In 2017, she joined Pink Shirtmaker as Global Human Resources Director.In 2020, she was named Senior Vice President, Human Resources for the LVMH Beauty Division, leading a transition to a new organizational model and culture.In 2023, she was appointed Chief People and Transformation Officer of LVMH.In December 2024, Maud Alvarez-Pereyre became Group Chief Human Resources Officer, LVMH.She is a member of the LVMH Executive Committee.
