IdentityMINUTY
Nestled on the picturesque Saint-Tropez Peninsula, Château Minuty has been a family-owned winery since 1936. Founded by Gabriel Farnet, the estate was completely replanted after World War II. In 1955, Minuty achieved the prestigious classification of a Côtes de Provence Cru Classé.
Benefiting from a temperate maritime climate and diverse soils, the estate's vineyards provide optimal conditions for southern grape varieties to thrive. Minuty's rosés, crafted primarily from Grenache and Tibouren, are celebrated for their finesse and elegance. The whites, made from Rolle, and the reds, produced from Syrah and Mourvèdre, reflect the unique terroir, showcasing the region’s minerality and distinctive character.
Today, Jean-Etienne and François Matton carry on the family tradition, modernizing the vineyard and winery to produce wines of exceptional quality. Renowned worldwide, Minuty wines are enjoyed in over 100 countries.
