LVMH, the world leader in luxury announces the launch of a strategic joint initiative with INSEAD, one of the top-ranked business schools globally.

This partnership is spearheaded by Mr. Jean-Jacques Guiony, current CFO of LVMH and future President of Wines & Spirits (effective February 1, 2025), and Frédéric Godart, Associate Professor of Organisational Behaviour at INSEAD, with the support of Professor Lily Fang, INSEAD Dean of Research and Innovation.

The joint initiative is built on a new approach to corporate-academic collaboration and a shared commitment to advancing socio-economic research, combining INSEAD’s renowned academic expertise and global network with LVMH’s industry-leading experience.

Building on the success of Mr. Guiony’s inaugural masterclass at INSEAD’s Fontainebleau campus in November 2024, the initiative will also focus on facilitating knowledge-sharing with LVMH experts and developing educational content. Another key aspect of the collaboration will be talent development, aimed at supporting LVMH’s ability to attract and nurture future leaders in luxury.

Further details on the program will be announced in the coming months.
