A magical Loro Piana celebration at Harrods  

Loro Piana comes to the heart of Harrods, transforming the renowned London luxury retailer into a magical holiday celebration with the Workshop of Wonders.  

To fete its 100th anniversary, the Italian Maison takes over Harrods’36 windows on the Brompton Road façade, joined instore by two pop-ups and a permanent pop-in, plus an array of animations for a magical journey into Loro Piana’s unique world of fibers, fabrics, icons and symbols. The enchanting spectacle is a joyful and surprising celebration of 100 years of know-how and heritage. 

A majestic 17-meter holiday tree wrapped in a reproduction of Loro Piana’s iconic swathes of fabric crowns the scenography takes over the entirety of the famed Brompton Road façade. The Workshop of Wonders is a testament of savoir-faire with incredible detailing and exquisite materials, fusing artistry and virtuosity. 

Two pop-up stores feature children’s and home items, while animations with a 1920s feel, marionettes and mechanical installations all join to celebrate Loro Piana’s exquisite craftsmanship. Blurring the lines between reality and fantasy, the Workshop of Wonders underlines Loro Piana’s longstanding ties with Harrods with a partnership that brings joy and merriment to children and adults alike.
