OVERALL MISSION

As a Retail Omnichannel Specialist, you will be leading the digital projects that enhance our retail experience. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving our digital transformation efforts, overseeing project lifecycles from conception through to execution and analysis. The ideal candidate will ensure that our digital initiative meet business objectives, improve customer engagement, and contribute to overall sales growth.

Job responsibilities

MAIN JOB Responsibilities

 

  1. Project Planning and Management: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with the key stakeholders.
  2. Digital Strategy Implementation: Implement digital strategies for integration into retail environments
  3. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, while maintaining high quality standards. Conduct risk management assessments
  4. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for project-related communication with stakeholders at various levels of organization.
  5. Customer Experience Focus: Incorporate customer feedback into digital solutions to enhance user experience both online and in-store

WORKING RELATIONS

You will partner with Central in Paris, local Neo (IT), Client development, Retail Management, Retail Operations, Retail Excellence, and Stores.

 

Key Requirements / QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS

  1. Proven working experience as a project manager in the information technology sector or retail industry with a focus on digitalization
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  3. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  4. A deep understanding of current digital trends especially related to retail/e-commerce space
  5. Proficiency in Japanese and English (required), and French is a plus
