Job responsibilities

La Grande Epicerie de Paris, créée en 1923, est une véritable institution parisienne, où se croisent sélectivité et créativité pour une expérience Client gourmande et unique. La Grande Epicerie de Paris offre à ses clients une large gamme de produits de qualité, plus de 30000 références, au sein d’un espace luxueux.

Au sein de cette filiale du Bon Marché (groupe LVMH) de près de 600 collaborateurs, nous recherchons un(e) :

Commis de cuisine F/H

Poste : CDD à temps complet du 01 juillet au 31 aout 2025.

Rattaché hiérarchiquement au Chef de cuisine de notre restaurant La Table, vous participez à la fabrication des produits en respectant les consignes qui vous sont adressées.

Vous préparez et fabriquez nos produits dans le respect des règles d’hygiène.

Vous effectuez les tâches préliminaires à la réalisation du produit, les préparations de base, le montage et les finitions.

D’autre part, vous participez à la vie quotidienne de la cuisine de restaurant : entretien des équipements et de l’espace de travail, suivi des stocks.

Profile

De formation en cuisine vous avez une première expérience dans le métier, vous êtes dynamique, rigoureux(se) et avez l’esprit d'équipe.

Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche was the first department store in the world. It opened in 1852 in Paris at the instigation of Aristide Boucicaut and his wife Marguerite. They were both in favor of “a new kind of store that would thrill all the senses”. Combining unconventionality and elegance, this unique space designed by the architect Louis-Charles Boileau and the engineer Gustave Eiffel displayed a singular style influenced by the creative vitality of Paris’s Rive Gauche. Original creations and limited editions stood alongside a selection of the most beautiful objects from all over the world. Women’s, men’s and children’s fashion, accessories, tableware and design, but also cultural exhibitions, furniture collections and contemporary works of art filled the space and generated surprise. Here, as in the beginning, discovery and amazement are the foundations of a way of life that transforms shopping into an art de vivre.
