Job responsibilities

The mission of a Retail Coordinator is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of retail activities, enhancing sales performance and team productivity through meticulous coordination, support, and analysis.

  • Sell Out report and analysis: Sell Out by counter, BC and KPIs tracking defining action plans when needed. For Rotators Team, follow up of weekly sales targets.
  • Field Coordination: Regular visits to the POS to ensure BCs motivation and that they have all the materials they need to carry out the activations.
  • Incentive calculation: Monthly compilation of sales results to calculate incentives to be paid.
  • Newsletter creation: Coordinate with Trade & CRM team creation of newsletters with priorities and novelties.
  • Order Management: Record orders and materials to support promotions and weekly orders for counters.
  • Route & Visits: Register our team visits and promotions in retailers’ platforms to ensure their access to the POS.
  • Travel & Expenses: Organize travel and accommodation for retail team as well as review and validate their expenses.
  • Calendar: Follow up team holidays, absences… etc
  • Meetings: Support in the organization of team meetings (venue, tickets, accommodation, agenda…)

Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with Masters’ in Retail Management.
  • At least 3 years experience in Retail having experience in sales and customer service followed by similar responsibilities
  • Results and customer oriented
  • Ability to transform numbers in action plans
  • Connects naturally with people to engage them
  • You speak Portuguese and English
  • Proficient in Office 365

The address quickly became an essential destination for dandies and elegant women. The House’s reputation at the courts of Europe peaked when in 1853, for the marriage of Napoleon III and Empress Eugénie, Pierre-François-Pascal created his Eau de Cologne Impériale, which he gave to the young bride as a wedding present.Since then, five successive generations of Guerlain perfumers have held the House’s creative reins. Today, Thierry Wasser is the heir to an olfactory legacy of some 1100 fragrances and the intrepid leader of future projects, exploring the world in search of the most exclusive raw materials.
