YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT
As Team Manager, you will report directly to the Store Manager. You will lead and support your team of Client Advisors, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and fostering a culture of excellence in client experience and service. You will effectively communicate the Maison’s goals, vision, and strategies, motivating your team through exemplary leadership and a deep understanding of CELINE’s heritage. In collaboration with the Deputy Store Director and other departments, you will proactively seek opportunities to drive sales, enhance client relationships, and optimize team performance. You will also play a key role in the development and management of your team, embodying the Maison’s culture and values at every step.
YOUR IMPACT
Business Development
- Lead your team in achieving and surpassing sales targets by implementing effective commercial strategies and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs). Leverage your deep understanding of CELINE’s product offerings to enhance sales through expert client interactions and product presentations.
- Foster a results-oriented culture within your team, encouraging a proactive approach to sales and client engagement. Promote an understanding of business dynamics, market trends, and customer needs, ensuring your team remains agile and responsive.
- Ensure your team possesses comprehensive knowledge of CELINE’s products, craftsmanship, and heritage. Provide continuous training and support to elevate product expertise, enabling your team to deliver exceptional and personalized client experiences that drive sales.
- Maintain a close working relationship with the Store Director and Deputy Store Director, providing regular updates on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends. Work together to align strategies and identify opportunities for further business development and team improvement.
Leadership and team development
- Inspire your team through a leadership style that embodies Maison’s values and excellence. Your presence will serve as a guiding light, motivating your team to achieve their highest potential and align with CELINE’s esteemed standards.
- Cultivate the growth of each team member by identifying their unique strengths and areas for development. Design personalized development plans that encourage professional advancement and prepare future leaders for elevated roles within the Maison.
- Advocate for a culture of continuous learning and refinement. Provide opportunities for engaging training that enhances skills and deepens knowledge, ensuring your team remains at the forefront of luxury retail excellence.
- Create a collaborative and supportive environment where team spirit flourishes. Celebrate successes, encourage open communication, and foster a sense of unity that drives collective achievement and elevates overall team performance.
- Work closely with the Store Director and Deputy Store Director to align team development strategies and objectives. Share insights and updates on team performance and collaborate on initiatives that support the Maison’s vision and drive continuous improvement.

Job responsibilities
Client Development and Floor Management
- Oversee the sales floor with an eye for detail and excellence. Ensure that every client encounter is seamless and exceptional, aligning team efforts with CELINE’s high standards and providing superior client experience.
- Guide your team in anticipating and exceeding client expectations, ensuring every interaction is memorable and distinctive
- Through on the floor coaching, One to Ones, and regular feedback.
- Foster deep, meaningful relationships with clients by leveraging clienteling tools and techniques. Build a loyal clientele through tailored service and exclusive experiences, enhancing client retention and advocacy for the CELINE brand.
- Partner with the Store Director and Deputy Store Director to align client engagement strategies and goals. Share insights on client preferences and feedback to refine service approaches and enhance the overall client journey.
- Cultivate a client-centric mindset within your team, encouraging them to engage with clients authentically and attentively. Support your team in delivering bespoke service that epitomizes CELINE’s commitment to elegance and sophistication.
Operations Excellence
- Uphold the highest standards of operational efficiency and compliance. Oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring that processes are executed flawlessly and align with CELINE’s rigorous standards and legal requirements.
- Ensure that all administrative tasks and processes are handled with accuracy and efficiency. Implement best practices to streamline operations, reduce costs, and elevate productivity, supporting the store’s overall success.
- Maintain adherence to internal policies, legal regulations, and industry standards. Foster a safe and secure environment for both clients and staff, ensuring that all safety protocols are rigorously followed.
- Work in close partnership with the Store Director and Deputy Store Director to align on operational strategies and improvements. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance store performance and address any operational challenges.
- Embrace opportunities for operational enhancement by actively seeking feedback and identifying areas for improvement. Implement innovative solutions and best practices to ensure the store operates at peak efficiency and effectiveness.
Image & Brand
- Serve as a prominent ambassador for CELINE, embodying the Maison’s sophisticated image and values.
- Ensure that every aspect of the store reflects CELINE’s commitment to luxury and elegance. Oversee visual merchandising, product displays, and staff presentation to uphold the highest standards of sophistication and refinement.
- Share CELINE’s rich heritage and craftsmanship with both your team and clients.
- Partner closely with the Store Director and Deputy Store Director to align on brand strategies and image standards. Provide insights and recommendations to elevate the store’s representation and align with CELINE’s vision.
- Actively participate in local events and initiatives that bolster CELINE’s visibility and foster positive community relations. Leverage these opportunities to showcase the Maison’s prestige and engage with key stakeholders.
Profile
KEY FOR SUCCESS
Experience:
- Retail experience required
- +3 years of experience in management within luxury/fashion business
Competencies:
- Proven leadership experience in managing and motivating high-performing teams.
- Ability to craft exceptional client experiences and build enduring relationships through advanced clienteling techniques.
- Strong analytical abilities to assess KPIs, drive strategic decisions, and identify growth opportunities.
- Excellence in communicating effectively with team members, clients, and leadership, ensuring clear information sharing and collaboration.
- Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of CELINE's products, heritage, and brand identity.
- Client-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and building lasting relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability and flexibility to meet the demands of a dynamic retail environment.
Languages:
English, and proficiency of other language(s) will be an advantage.
