About the role

Are you ready to embark on an exciting one-year journey with us? We have an exciting opportunity to join our Retail Excellence Team as Retail Operations Assistant on a fixed-term contract. In strong collaboration with the market teams, you will monitor operational performance of all store operations inclusive of audit compliance, stock control, inventory flows and accuracy, team operational productivity, stock organization in order to deliver the Unique Tiffany Client Experience. You will drive in store operation continuous improvement via assessment, action planning and follow up. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist in implementing optimal operations including scheduling, in-store product flow, and team organization to deliver a unique client experience.
  • Support management in optimal stock organization and product flow by store typology, ensuring seamless client experience.
  • Ensure 100% adoption of mobile tools for client-facing operations.
  • Support in identifying efficient actions to minimize operating costs and operational risks.
  • Partner with management to enhance retail operation processes strategically.
  • Ensure compliance with company directives and policies such as PI, Cycle Counts, Price Changes, and inventory management.
  • Monitor the use of all sales support systems including cashiering systems, customer applications, inventory, services, and performance analysis tools.
  • Liaise with management to ensure accurate physical inventory across all stores, including scheduling, vendor relations, and training.
  • Support management in Australia & New Zealand in handling maintenance, repairs, and addressing raised issues.
  • Coordinate with Store Planning/Maintenance on new openings, renovations, and minor workflow.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of operations experience in advanced retail environment
  • A growth mindset and the ability to remain solutions orientated to find new approaches
  • Strong communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders
  • Digitally savvy
  • Fluent in English
