Position

Minuty is a family story dating back to 1936, a story of passion and values. A genuine desire to pass on a unique artisanal know-how with a deep respect for the land. For 4 generations, the company has been drawing on the expertise of its family heritage to produce rosé, white and red wines that are emblematic of the Côtes de Provence region.

Minuty is looking for a full-time QSE (Quality, Safety, Environment) intern for 6 months from July or September 2025. Position will be based in Gassin, Var.

The mission of the internship is to support the establishment and ongoing improvement of Quality, Safety, and Environmental (QSE) management systems across our network of wineries.

Job responsibilities

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALITY : Improve right first time, follow up on homologations

  • Meticulously track and analyze quality incidents and claims to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop, document, and execute qualification plans for new dry goods, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Create comprehensive finished product data sheets.

SAFETY : Contribute to 2025 Safety Road Map

  • Develop clear and concise written procedures based on safety standards, ensuring consistent application across the organization.
  • Prepare engaging and informative training modules to enhance employee understanding of safety protocols.
  • Conduct and support internal safety audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with regulations.

ENVIRONMENT : Establish tracking system on water consumption, carbon and waste

  • Design and implement a comprehensive tracking system to monitor key environmental performance indicators.
  • Actively contribute to carbon footprint analysis initiatives, identifying opportunities for reduction and mitigation.

Profile

Education:
• Business / University degree : last year of engineer school or master’s degree with a major in Quality, Safety and Environment Management


Professional experience & know how:
• Prior internship experience in QSE is a strong plus

Technical & management skills:
• Strong Relationship Skills
• Excellent Communicator (oral and written)
• Ability to be concise and organization skills
• Permis B travel license

Languages
• Fluent French. Fluent English is a plus
