Job responsibilities
How you will contribute…
The primary focus will be generating volume & profit growth and increasing brand visibility. Also, it is pivotal to develop and maintain good working relationship with all hotels assigned.
- Achieve individual sales target/objective
- Explore the existing distribution and the new opening hotels and expand brand distribution network
- Business development in hotel channel & hotel chains through contract and brand activation
- Handle purchasing orders and deliveries with Customer Service team
- Call on and be responsible for the quality service to major customer hotels assigned by the Manager
- Maintain an accurate, updated Business Supporter database
- Evaluate the outlet coverage, call frequencies and cycles constantly and propose to the Manager any changes as necessary
- Propose promotion plan and venue
- Ensure promotions are carried out efficiently and effectively within budget
- Ensure planning for activations in hotels
- Ensure individual product promotion, display and merchandising are properly conducted in each outlet
- Work closely with Brand Managers/Customer marketing to evaluate methods to improve promotions effectiveness and operational efficiencies
- Ensure to be a brand ambassador for consultative selling to customer
- Ensure maximum facings and display of the Company’s core brands at the hotels & restaurants
- Ensure understanding of F&B culture and lifestyle of MH brands
- Intensify the brand visibility in the outlets through impact and quality merchandising
- Monitor retail pricing in each outlet and updating the system
- Monitor competitors’ activities including annual contract and event
- Monitor F&B and industry trend
Profile

- 5-7 years of relevant sales experience gained from companies with organizational complexity and multicultural business environment
- Possessing industry experience in Wine & Spirits, FMCG, Consumer or Luxury Goods will be highly desirable
- Good understanding of large brand business
- In-depth knowledge of liquor consumption trends, habits and preferences of consumers & shoppers
- Strong commercial and data-driven mindset with ability in strategic planning, managing P&L and analyzing financial data
- An ability to communicate effectively and to project subject knowledge with confidence - both within and without the organization.
- Good organizer and able to plan and prioritize task effectively.
- An appreciation of the critical necessity to act as a team, and the ability to motivate and obtain team consensus in achieving agreed objectives.
- Inspiring, customer-focused, entrepreneurial, innovative
- Ability to work under pressure and to adhere strictly to deadlines
- Ability to work on F&B and all channel relevant department in hotels & restaurants (Restaurant, Bar, BQ, purchasing, hotel marketing etc)
- Fluent in Korean is a must: Good in English with proficiency of other language(s) will be an advantage
