Position
Coordinate consumer-driven digital marketing activities for MHDKK through organize and analyze consumer data across our portfolio to drive brand image, equity and profitability. Key mission of this role is to drive initiative of producing relevant & engaging content, Best-in-class Customer experience, social engagement, Traffic generation, and capture data across from all platform. On top of that CE senior manager needs to manage D2C store operation and promotion.
Job responsibilities
【Digital Opportunity at MHDKK】
As over 70% of consumer journey is on digital space, we focus on implementing right digital product to be implemented to every aspect of MHDKK’s evolving marketing strategy to capture consumer journey.
To align with our strategy, we are seeking for a motivated individual who is keen to dive deep in our consumer insight in digital space and provides best understanding of our consumer on digital space to all of MHDKK members.
This position reports to E-Business and Consumer Engagement Director, and will work closely with brand teams, sales teams, regional offices, and relevant Maison counterparts to drive data analytics for MHDKK’s digital growth with following responsibilities:
【Main Responsibilities】
Project Management (40%)
・ Work with internal stakeholder and external agency to manage various digital projects such as;
- LINE communication with local marketing teams
- EDM communication with local marketing teams/maisons
- E-Business development
- Agency relation management
・ Work with external agency and brand team to manage LINE communication schedule and analyze LINE performance
・ Improve/streamline operation for all CRM activities
Own Store Management (40%)
・ Manage own store daily operation and its sales
・ Lead communication with consumers to boost official store sales
・ Plan and execute online promotion to increase online sales and affect other channel sales
Digital Consumer Insight (20%)
・ Work with internal stakeholder and external partners to research, gather and dive deep with Consumer Insight Data such as;
- Consumer engagement
- Social listening
- Consumer’s digital activity
- Digital marketing performance with consumer behavior
・ Create day-to-day consumer analytics report and share internally
・ Work with E-Business & Consumer Engagement Director to develop KPIs to track and measure program effectiveness through consumer insight analytics
Additional information
Languages
・ Fluent Japanese and Fluent English. French is a plus
*There will be many interaction and communication with APAC regions for both Moët Hennessy and LVMH group, therefore we would need a bilingual candidate.
Professional experience & know how
・ Min. 4-5 years of working experiences in project management, and consumer insight data analytics and/or business planning & performance data analytics.
・ Deep understanding of digital market trend is must.
・ EC store management
・ LINE official account management
・ Working experience in ad agency, research company is plus.
・ Open to industries
General
・ Being a team player, open-minded, creative and proactive mind-set is required.
・ Experience in food and wine world is plus.
・ Other relevant industry experience includes E-commerce, wireless/telco, retail, financial services, media/publishing, and technology is plus.
