We are looking for a Human Resources intern to join our team!
Job responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Employer Engagement
- Facilitate and participate in Employer Branding initiatives i.e., Campus outreach, internship framework, diversity & inclusive hiring, to position Louis Vuitton Singapore as employer of choice with young talent.
- Develop and implement various engagement and CSR initiatives for the Singapore office.
HR Administration & Policies
- Ensure HR systems are up to date and accurate at all times, including performing data audit of people data in our HRIS systems.
- Review of handbook and policies (including but not limited to employee benefits, staff welfare and workflows surrounding employee lifecycle.
- To support in the preparation, coordination, or consolidation of human resources related reports, projects, or initiatives.

Internship, able to commit for 6 months for a full-time internship from July 2025
The intern must be an independent individual who is detailed oriented and meticulous, highly adaptable, and flexible to accept new ideas, people, and procedures. An organized individual with the ability to perform under pressure & tight deadlines and deal with ambiguity with a “can-do” attitude.
