In unserem Headoffice in München besetzen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt folgende Position:

Maintenance & Minor Works Working Student (m/w/d)

Job responsibilities

Aufgaben:

• Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Instandhaltungs- und Reparaturarbeiten in den Stores und deren Anlagen

• Bearbeitung von Störungsmeldungen und Einleitung von Maßnahmen zur Fehlerbehebung

• Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Prozessen im Bereich Instandhaltung und Gebäudemanagement

• Pflege von Budgetdateien für Projekte

• Unterstützung bei der Rechnungskontrolle und Freigabe in SAP

• Mithilfe bei der Dokumentation zur Anlage von Lieferanten

• Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten

Profile

Ihr Profil:

• Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit und gutes Zeitmanagement

• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (insbesondere Excel)

• Flexibilität und Anpassungsfähigkeit an wechselnde Anforderungen

• Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick

• Sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
