Position
• Localize Global Marketing and Communication strategies that are relevant & impactful for Thailand.
• Ensure Performance-oriented 360 Marketing plans that are consistent & coherent to Brand Image
Job responsibilities
BRANDING & MARKETING STRATEGY:
• Define overall Brand & Marketing strategy for Thailand with clear Communication Plans- through Traditional, Digital & Social (Influencers) platforms
• Responsible for Coherent and Consistent one Bulgari Brand Image
• Ensure efficient use of Thailand A&P Budgets to deliver maximum Brand Amplification
• Drive meaningful Partnerships / Tie-ups to enhance brand relevancy
PR, MEDIA & SOCIAL (ATL):
• Define, Formulate & Strategize Media investments for Thailand market to ensure impactful visibility through Traditional, Digital & Social channels (FB, IG, UTube, Influencers)
• Develop Performance Oriented Digital Strategy that drives relevant traffic online
o Website: Repeat Visits to Bvlgari Site, Extended Time spent on Site
o Ecommerce: Conversion to Online Sales
• Manage & Maintain Good Relationships with Press to ensure strong editorial coverage
• Motivate & Manage PR Agency to deliver High Visibility in 3 categories:
o #1 Position for Jewelry
o #7 Position for Watches
o #5 Position for Accessories
• Engage & Develop clear Influencer Strategy (Media Trips / PR Seeding/ Gifting) for Thailand to maximize the brand’s buzz on Social platforms
• Develop a robust LINE strategy for TH, focusing on brand desirability
TRADE MARKETING (BTL):
• Develop & Implement Events that are ROI-driven: Increase customer base / Revenues 10X of expense
• Events include: KCP related In-store events, Pop-up, Trunk Shows, Regional HJ Event, Media Tie-ups
• Attention to details & Excellence in execution of Events to ensure the Bvlgari’s brand image is impeccable
• Work in alignment with Omni-Channel team on VIP clients support during Events
• Form partnerships with Malls’ marketing teams to develop impactful marketing activities
o Secure Malls’ Lighboxes, OOH Spots for added visibility
o Customer Loyalty Programs with Malls
TEAM DEVELOPMENT:
• Personnel development of direct reports
Profile
Academic / Professional Qualifications
• Min Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing communications, preferably within the luxury or watches & jewelry industry.
• Strong understanding of both ATL and BTL marketing techniques.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for luxury, craftsmanship, and storytelling.
