Position Summary:
BVLGARI is seeking an experienced Client Advisor with a strong background in high jewelry sales and client relationship development. The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury, excels in engaging high-net-worth clients, and thrives in a fast-paced, elegant retail environment. Trilingual candidates, especially with Mandarin fluency, are strongly encouraged to apply.

 

 

 

Job responsibilities

Client Experience & Sales

  • Provide a world-class, personalized luxury experience for every client interaction.

  • Execute the BVLGARI Selling Ceremony, tailoring the approach to each client’s lifestyle and preferences.

  • Share the rich heritage, craftsmanship, and stories behind BVLGARI’s creations.

  • Drive high-value sales through client engagement and exclusive in-store experiences.

  • Consistently exceed individual and boutique sales targets.

Client Development & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain a loyal high-net-worth clientele, serving as a trusted advisor.

  • Use CRM tools to manage outreach, follow-ups, and special milestones.

  • Host and support private client events and luxury activations.

  • Cultivate referrals and organic client growth through exceptional service.

Boutique Operations

  • Maintain BVLGARI’s visual and service standards at all times.

  • Support inventory management, daily operations, and merchandising needs.

  • Participate in boutique openings, closings, and special project execution.

Profile

Who You Are

  • 3+ years in luxury retail, ideally within fine jewelry or timepieces.

  • Proven success in client development, high-ticket sales, and storytelling.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident and polished.

  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and solutions-oriented.

  • Tech-savvy and proficient in CRM platforms and digital clienteling tools.

  • Mandarin fluency strongly preferred; additional language skills a plus
