Because security is a collective responsibility at LVMH, it requires the vigilance and cooperation of all teams to safeguard against cyber threats and ensure systems and applications are attack-resistant on a global scale. At Group level and in Maisons, LVMH cybersecurity and cyberdefense experts manage prevention and are constantly on guard to detect, defend, and manage crisis. From a comprehensive approach based on "security by design" all along the project lifecycle, to the active defense of applications and infrastructure, they maintain a resilient defense against the asymmetrical battle with cyber attackers.
AURA & DPP
LVMH leads the luxury industry into a new era of transparency and sustainability with the launch of the Aura Blockchain Consortium, in partnership with global luxury giants from all industries. This initiative underscores LVMH’s commitment to consumer trust by providing a secure, digital record of authenticity and traceability for luxury items throughout their lifecycle, including with the digital product passport. Through our Innovation & Blockchain Solutions teams, LVMH Maisons are harnessing Aura to share their heritage of craftsmanship and sustainable practices directly with customers, enhancing the bond between brand and consumer, while prioritizing data privacy and security.
GREEN IT
The signing of the Green IT Charter reflects LVMH’s dedication to reducing the environmental impact of our technological footprint. Together with leading Maisons, the Group has set ambitious targets to cut down on carbon emissions by 20% by 2026. The approach focuses on extending the lifespan of our IT assets, optimizing resource management, and championing refurbished equipment. LVMH Tech teams are the forefront of integrating Data & AI and Generative AI to empower Maisons, enhancing their capabilities through the data journey. We have developed Atom, an adaptive data platform designed to meet the unique needs of each Maison, equipped with tools for easy setup and management of Data and Business AI use cases. Beyond technical solutions, we provide organizational support for IT project implementation. LVMH Tech is also behind the "The Data Club," the community platform for Data & AI enthusiasts in the Group. Here, members can engage in discussions, share insights, and participate in deep-dive sessions and webinars, fostering a collaborative environment between Maisons and our partners.
OMNI-RETAIL
LVMH Tech sets a new standard for omni-retail excellence in the luxury sector, pioneering a unified approach to the Group’s digital retail ecosystems, emphasizing consistency and synergy across Maisons, and fostering a cohesive ecosystem that leverages shared processes, code, and documentation. Our Clienteling initiative offers a library of components to enhance client experience, loyalty, and revenue by promoting innovation and shared features, while our Omni-Retail teams equip Maisons with comprehensive solutions, architectural guidance, and implementation toolkits to facilitate and hasten digital transformation.
BACK-END
Laying the digital foundation for next-generation luxury, the LVMH Tech Back-End teams ensure seamless operations from Design to Workshop to Store and to customer. We craft a unified framework that enhances every aspect of our Maison's journey— product development, logistics, and in-store experiences. The focus on high-quality delivery, operational efficiency, and traceability ensures the authenticity and sustainability of our Maison’s goods, the seamless integration of digital and omnichannel excellence.

DISCOVER MÉTIERS OF INFORMATION SYSTEMS & TECHNOLOGIES
- Information Systems & Technologies Management position holders are responsible for overviewing all subjects related to data: governance, state - rich, fresh, reliable and consistent... They also lead all the subjects linked to the megadata approach (overwhelming amount of data at a company level).
- Governance & Operational Management teams are in charge of hierarchical responsibilities in terms of management, budgets, decision-making and scope of Information Systems & Technologies at the company level.
- IS Governance / Enterprise Architecture teams are in charge of managing the structural and functional consistency of the information system(s). Most of these roles work with the Business Units to fulfil the company's strategic goals and ambitions.
- Project Management teams are in charge of managing, tracking and co-ordinating projects related to IT development, deployment, infrastructure and methods, risks, etc. These roles organize work actions, manage resources and communication.
- Development & Application Life Cycle teams are related to the design for all type of development using large level of coding languages and technical/application-led delivery of projects. These roles do not play a part in the structure of the IS, but rather on the building blocks used to incorporate, design and maintain IT solutions. It’s the magic behind the scenes to provide great application, with a high level of performance and a seamless experience. The objective is to translate creative software design concepts and ideas into reality using the right technology. The task is to design and create a software interfaces by prioritizing users and business requirements over technology limitations and constraints.
- Data Management & Governance teams are in charge of data management life cycles. They implement a Data Management strategy, encompassing all the processes deployed to collect, structure, manage and use data. It also works on the way in which the data will be integrated into the organization's information system. It includes data realisation under all its form : from data collection to data transformation and with machine learning, algorithm - AI (artificial intelligence) going through BI & reporting expertise
- Provision & Maintenance of Infrastructures teams are in charge of managing infrastructure research, design, development, integration and operation. It also includes roles related to internal IT support within the IS Department.
- Support & Assistance teams are in charge of supporting and helping all the employees using IS&T sponsored solutions and apps.
- Security teams are in charge of managing specification, appraisal, auditing, implementation and monitoring of security and cybersecurity features of information systems.
