The 10-year global partnership announced between LVMH and Formula 1® last October officially launched this weekend at the FORMULA 1 LOUIS VUITTON AUSTRALIAN GRAND PRIX 2025 at the Albert Park circuit in Melbourne.
Several LVMH Maisons – Louis Vuitton, TAG Heuer and Moët Hennessy, in particular Moët & Chandon – are involved in the partnership and played high-profile roles at the event over the weekend, bringing their unique expertise and heritage to enhance this incomparable experience at the pinnacle of motorsport.
Victory travels in Louis Vuitton
As Formula 1® celebrates its 75th anniversary, Louis Vuitton – Title Partner of the Australian Grand Prix – is helping kick off this historic season in style as a key participant at the prestigious event, where tradition and performance come together. The Maison will have a prominent presence trackside in Melbourne, including both high-impact signage and the creation of an exceptional Trophy Trunk. Handcrafted at Louis Vuitton’s historic Asnières atelier, the custom-designed trunk is covered in Monogram canvas and adorned with an iconic V in Australia’s signature green and gold colors, a perfect embodiment of the artisanal savoir-faire and heritage of innovation for which the Maison is renowned. Louis Vuitton boasts a legacy in motorsport dating back more than a century, illustrating a constant commitment to excellence and surpassing limits.
TAG Heuer sets the pace
As Official Timekeeper of Formula 1®, TAG Heuer is at the heart of the action. For the Australian Grand Prix, TAG Heuer presents the official pit lane clock. This custom-engineered timepiece draws inspiration from the 1986 TAG Heuer Formula 1 collection while incorporating high-performance materials. With a diameter of 1200 mm, a fiberglass bezel, a lightweight plexiglass dial and aluminum hands optimized for perfect readability, it ensures maximum visibility thanks to high-intensity LED lighting. Weighing only 35 kg, this clock combines durability and lightness while being perfectly synchronized with Formula 1®'s official timing system. Before each race, it is recalibrated and adjusted to local time, guaranteeing absolute precision across all circuits. This is a new demonstration of TAG Heuer's watchmaking expertise and spirit of innovation at the heart of competition.
TAG Heuer also continues to affirm its affinity with the universe of Formula 1® beyond the pit lane at the Australian Grand Prix with the TAG Heuer Monaco watch, a tribute to sporting heritage and the elegance of the discipline. The Maison’s iconic timepiece comes to life in the form of a monumental clock, strategically placed in the VIP areas of the paddock and exclusive F1® lounges. With its imposing dimensions and luminous display on three sides, it offers optimal visibility from all angles. This majestic presence embodies the perfect alliance between horological prestige and passion for motorsport.
Moët Hennessy, the spirit of celebration
Moët Hennessy’s partnership with Formula 1® brings the spirit of celebration to life on and off the track, crafting unforgettable experiences that blend passion, excellence, and emotion.
The Australian Grand Prix marks the long-awaited return of Moët & Chandon to Formula 1®, reclaiming its place at the heart of the sport’s most iconic tradition: the Podium celebration. As Formula 1 celebrates its 75th anniversary, Moët & Chandon proudly presents the Celebratory Jeroboam, seamlessly connecting the past with the present. This modern iteration of the original bottle design features two bold “MOËT” signatures above and below the label, as well as along the sides, creating a visual identity that resonates deeply with both racing insiders and fans. This moment honors the rich heritage of the Maison, embedding each celebration into the annals of sport. The reintroduction of this Jeroboam is not merely a nod to History; it is a heartfelt tribute to the spirit of collective celebration that defines Formula 1®.
Beyond the track, Belvedere hosted on Thursday an unforgettable Belvedere 10 soirée at Maison Bâtard to celebrate its groundbreaking partnership as the first-ever Official Vodka of Formula 1. The event marked the start of a weekend-long celebration, bringing together passionate fans, electrifying performances, and memorable moments. On Sunday, Belvedere made history by bringing its signature night experience, House of 10, to the iconic Melbourne club Ms Collins. This exclusive event served as an Official After-Party of the FORMULA 1 LOUIS VUITTON AUSTRALIAN GRAND PRIX 2025, offering an unforgettable celebration for racegoers and fans alike.
