En la filial argentina, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Retail Performance Analyst.
Job responsibilities
- Realizar informes mensuales sobre el rendimiento de los puntos de venta (PDV) para dar soporte al equipo de Sell Out (Venta al consumidor).
- Elaborar KPI´s y proponer a los supervisores de venta planes de mejora.
- Monitorear indicadores como ticket promedio, venta, servicios, rendimiento de las animaciones en PDV.
- Presentar la información analizada al equipo comercial con sugerencias de planes de acción /desarrollo.
- Trabajar en conjunto con el área de entrenamiento para promover las acciones en el desarrollo de los equipos.
Profile
- Graduado o próximo a recibirse de las carreras afines a Ingeniería Industrial, Comercialización y/o Análisis de Datos.
- Experiencia previa en Customer Experience / Retail Analyst/ Sales Analyst.
- Capacidad analítica y manejo de datos.
- Trabajo en equipo, iniciativa y autonomía para llevar adelante los proyectos.
- Nivel avanzado en Excel y Power BI.
- Manejo intermedio de inglés.
