Join the accelerated Horizons Operations program on a permanent contract, and follow a unique career path within the Maison Industry and Supply Chain.

Immerse yourself in a rich and stimulating ecosystem: over a period of 18 to 24 months, you will follow a path tailored to your profile and aspirations, built around 4 complementary rotations in France and internationally, within diverse environments both on-site and at the Headquarters.

Your development is our core concern: you will benefit from individual follow-ups and trainings throughout the program and will have the opportunity to take part in high-impact projects to boost your skills and grow within Louis Vuitton.

Profile

Eligibility requirements

Hold a Master's degree or equivalent by the end of 2025
No more than 2 years of professional experience (excluding internships and apprenticeships)
Not be on a permanent contract within LMVH or any of its Maisons
Speak professional level of French and English
Be ready for mobility in different locations in France and internationally

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

an agile mindset, able to quickly adapt to situations
an appetite for learning and growing, constantly seeking excellence and results
sharp analytical skills with problem-solving capacities
strong motivations to join Louis Vuitton and grow within the House
availability to start working full time in September 2025
