LVMH SPRING PRODUCT LEADERS

Starting with a full-time position from October 2025, you will have the chance to be fully immersed into 3 iconic Maisons and discover up to 3 Product categories and métiers throughout 3 different 11-month rotations, both in France and internationally.

You will shape your program journey alongside with the SPRING team combining missions in core Product functions (product development, product management, collection merchandising or marketing project etc.), as well as Product related roles (Retail Merchandising, Brand Management, Supply Chain, Business Development, Strategy, Communication, PR etc.).

Your development journey will be articulated around:

• ‘Boosts’ – 3 full weeks of learning & development concluding each rotation -  self-awareness, Leadership training, business stakes exposure, real-life business cases, core Product Leaders skills, inspirational masterclasses with senior Leaders, experience sharing with your community.
• Learning expeditions across the unique LVMH Landscape - immersive Product & Business experiences within our Maisons, stores, studios and ateliers.
• Retail Acculturation – through Retail floor immersion.

Individual & collective coaching sessions will complete your custom-designed development path, all along the program.

During the program, you will be surrounded by an exceptional support team:

• A dedicated LVMH Graduate Program Team, who will be by your side, supporting you every step of the way to ensure a best-in-class experience.
• A senior Leader as mentor who will help you gain a deep understanding of the LVMH ecosystem and provide strategic guidance to assist you in making the best career choices.
• A manager for each of your rotations who will closely follow your progress and stretch your performance.
• An HR Manager for each of your rotations as well as a strong HR community involved all along the journey, supporting your smooth integration into the Group.

Your recruitment steps as a candidate consists of:
