Moët Hennessy has unveiled SirDavis, a groundbreaking new American whisky that springs from a shared vision with Beyoncé Knowles-Carter, reaching beyond traditional practices to create a unique and revelatory expression.

SirDavis is both an homage to Davis Hogue, Beyoncé Knowles-Carter’s great grandfather and a well-known figure in the American South, and a testament to the pioneering spirit and quest for excellence that have inspired Moët Hennessy for generations.

The new whisky embodies a perfect harmony between  heritage and innovation. Entrusted to the expert hands of renowned Master Distiller Dr. Bill Lumsden, SirDavis reveals a singular character, with the affirmed notes of American rye joined by the elegance of Japanese and Scottish whisky styles. This subtle balance is the fruit of time-honored savoir-faire and an unwavering search for perfection.

Already lauded by exacting connoisseurs, SirDavis was named Best In Class by the 2023 SIP Awards, a first prestigious consecration and testimony to its excellence.

Like the whisky it contains, the bottle is an ode to timeless elegance. It features a black medallion with a regal bronzed horse, a nod to David Hogue’s native Texas and a striking vessel for this exceptional creation.

With SirDavis, Moët Hennessy and Beyoncé Knowles-Carter open a new chapter in the history of American whisky, a story where heritage welcomes avant-garde vision to create a unique and unforgettable experience.
