As every year, LVMH highlights the commitment and initiatives of its Maisons in favor of a more inclusive culture. LVMH's "Voices of Inclusion" week is also a platform designed to amplify the voices of our talents around the world who are committed daily to embodying and shaping our collective culture.

This commitment translates into concrete actions: this year, more than 260 initiatives were proposed by our Maisons, regions, and employee networks as part of the Inclusion Index. This index lists initiatives in favor of Gender Equity, LGBTI+ inclusion, different generations, origins, and people with disabilities, as well as actions supporting an inclusive culture transversally.

Our indicators continue to improve, with 48% of women in key positions, equitable pay maintained, and 1.6% of employees with a disability in our workforce. More than 100,000 talents have already enrolled in the unconscious bias training. The EllesVMH Collective mentoring program to support women's careers, continues to connect talents across the Group, and our employee networks—EllesVMH, All LVMH Pride, LEAD (LVMH Employees of African Descent), and Disability Inclusion—are continually growing, now counting over 27 chapters worldwide, demonstrating our talents' commitment, beyond their official functions, to collectively shape our culture of inclusion.

At LVMH we believe the inclusion of all begins with the respect of each individual, recognizing that it is our diversity of profiles, backgrounds, and experiences that fuels our performance. We are dedicated to building psychologically safe and respectful work environments where vulnerability is allowed, trust can be built, and people’s potential is unlocked.

During Voices of Inclusion week, we encourage all our talents to use their voice because at LVMH, inclusion is everyone’s business.
