Our Marketing team is seeking a Spring 2025 CRM/VIC Intern with full-time availability.

General Purpose of the Position:

Support the VIC and CRM departments in creating and monitoring multi-channel customer outreach programs, participate in the the organization and rollout of VIC events and delighting and assist the retail teams in achieving global VIC and CRM priorities.

Job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the identification of guests and VICs to be targeted for different initiatives
  • Support in the organization of different VIC initiatives and assist during the execution phase for both events and delighting initiatives
  • Support in building key CRM reports to gather insights and monitor retail performance
  • Support acquisition and retention strategies to expand the client database
  • Support with store trainings for CRM and VIC topics

Profile

Skills and Abilities Required

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed or in progress) with a focus on quantitative fields (statistics, economics, or data science) is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and high level of precision
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Curious, self-motivated thinker

Compensation

Loro Piana uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market-competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise,

performance, and tenure. While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, Loro Piana reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary of $20.00 USD per hour.
