Position

As part of the Travel Retail Worlwide Operational Marketing Department, in a context of business growth and transformation for the House of Guerlain, you will assist the team in its daily tasks and support the four regions - Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the Americas - by defining the TR Worlwide strategy and guidelines and responding to their needs.

Job responsibilities

As such, your missions are as follows:

  • Be one of the TR Regions' key contacts for their current and future operational requirements in the 4 categories: fragrances, make-up, skincare and brand animation.
  • Development and adaptation of 360° marketing tools (product bibles, trade tools, retailer presentations, etc.).​
  • Recommend, monitor and challenge forecasts in line with the brand's global strategy and specific distribution requirements - with a focus on make-up.​
  • Participate in the roll-out and follow-up of launch projects throughout the zone.​
  • Consolidate reports and analyze launches​
  • Create Travel Retail newsletters and communicate best practices achieved in the four regions.​
  • Contribute to the department's logistics coordination

Profile

  • Student in business school or equivalent (bac +4/5 level), you have a first experience in a company in a Marketing function. Knowledge of the world of Perfumes & Cosmetics is a plus.
  • You are organized, committed and rigorous. ​
  • You have a perfect command of the office pack and are fluent in English. ​
  • You have good interpersonal skills and are able to work with a variety of different professions and contacts. You'll be able to react quickly and independently, and you're keen to work in a dynamic and challenging environment. 

This contract internship is available from July 2025, for a period of 6 months.

Location - 1st arrondissement, Paris.

It all began with Pierre-François-Pascal Guerlain. A perfumer, chemist, inventor and researcher, the House’s founder settled up his first boutique in the heart of Paris, at 42, rue de Rivoli. The address quickly became an essential destination for dandies and elegant women. The House’s reputation at the courts of Europe peaked when in 1853, for the marriage of Napoleon III and Empress Eugénie, Pierre-François-Pascal created his Eau de Cologne Impériale, which he gave to the young bride as a wedding present.Since then, five successive generations of Guerlain perfumers have held the House’s creative reins. Today, Thierry Wasser is the heir to an olfactory legacy of some 1100 fragrances and the intrepid leader of future projects, exploring the world in search of the most exclusive raw materials.
