Joining the LVMH SPRING Future Leaders Program means becoming part of a unique Group, the world leader in the luxury industry, consisting of 6 business sectors (Wines & Spirits, Fashion, Perfumes & Cosmetics, Watches & Jewelry, and Selective Retailing), across 75+ Maisons and over 196,000 talents in 81 countries.
SPRING is the launch pad to your future career within LVMH: by experiencing 3 different positions for 10 months each in 3 of our Maisons, you will have the opportunity to develop your expertise, your professional network, and your full potential. We aim to give you what it takes to become one of the future global leaders of the LVMH Group.

DISCOVER OUR PROGRAM
- The LVMH SPRING Future Leaders Program offers you a unique exposure and enriching immersion into our diverse ecosystem. The Singapore 2023 hiring campaign is the first outside of our Global HQ in Europe. Your landing position after 30 months can be in the areas of brand marketing/communications, product merchandising, client development & events, retail management, financial planning & analysis, digital & omnichannel, supply chain & logistics, and many more.
- During your 30-month journey, you will rotate across 3 missions, 3 maisons, and 3 diverse functions. Various missions will be made available, and you are empowered to take ownership of your career by co-creating your journey alongside senior mentors from the Group.The 3 missions will give you exposure across below areas:
- Client, Team & Store
- Brand & Product
- Business Partnering
- Between your missions, you will be enrolled in tailored Leadership Development programs to prepare you for the world of driving businesses, leading team and managing self. You will be offer coaching opportunities to help you plan for your next mission.
- You will receive high-touch support along your journey. There will be a Senior Mentor (head of business level) attached to you throughout your 30 months to expand your perspective, and to champion you. On top of that, a Program Manager will partner you closely to guide you in your journey. There will also be a community of Program Committee Members who will offer your insights into the various maisons.
