Merchandising Management position holders are responsible for overseeing the selection mix and volume potential based on market, client and brand DNA to overall Business Turnover. They monitor ALL product categories merchandisers at a Central and HQ level and influence Regional Merchandisers as well.

Retail / Sales Merchandising teams are in charge of taking care of a specific product category merchandising , select the ideal product mix per market and OR determine via specific analytics the product potential for a specific market.

E-merchandising teams are in charge of optimizing the functionalities of search, access, product presentation; to develop sales on a merchant web-site.

Visual Merchandising teams are in charge of managing the art of staging products by reconciling the objectives of commercial efficiency, aesthetics and signage image.
