General & Operation Management position holders are responsible for overviewing the general management and operation of all the business.

Rooms Division position holders are in charge of managing on guest relations: greeting and informing guests as well as cleaning, ensuring the quality of service and inhouse experience.

Maintenance & Safety teams are in charge of managing the upkeep and maintenance of the property and grounds as well as those persons focused on Environment, Health and Safety (EHS), safety and security.

Food & Beverage teams are in charge of managing culinary conception and production as well as greeting, serving, selling in restaurant outlets.

Leasure & Recreation teams are in charge of overseeing recreational programs, sports facilities, community centers or other institutions. They plan, organize and direct the activities and services.

Well-being & Spa teams are in charge of ensuring customer satisfaction, the quality of the care provided, and providing relaxing rituals to customers in a spa or another setting (sports and fitness programs).

OUR TALENTS

I’m the manager of the Butchery at La Grande Épicerie de Paris. We work from whole carcasses, cutting meat according to different seasons and serving the shop’s customers. I manage a team of 15 butchers. My team is divided into three sections – butchery, preparation and sales. I choose the members of each team based on their skills and to enable them to gain expertise in all three areas. I work in all three of these métiers myself at La Grande Épicerie de Paris.
